What can I expect from Titanic – The Official Exhibition?
« Titanic – The Official Exhibition » is an educational exhibition for families that focuses on the memorable stories of the men and women aboard the legendary RMS Titanic. The presentation of more than 200 moving objects and the reconstruction of the ship's cabins and emblematic places tell the true story of this terrible shipwreck. Visitors will be able to see authentic objects brought to the surface by Paul-Henri Nargeolet, Director of Underwater Research, and his teams.
Where is the experience located?
The exhibit will take place at Espacio Inmersa, Carrer de Llull, 119, Sant Martí, 08005 Barcelona.
How long does the experience last?
Your visit should take around 60-90 minutes.
Will there be an audio guide?
Yes, there’s an audio guide available.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?
Yes, but have in mind that the experience is primarily visual with informative signage throughout the venue.
Will there be strobe lights?
No, there won't be strobe lights.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
This is a walking event and there are no places to sit during the big part of the experience.
Is there air conditioning?
Yes, there’s air conditioning.
Are stroller/prams allowed?
Yes, they are allowed.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
Yes, there will be food and beverages sold on-site.
Will there be merchandise for sale?
Yes, there will be a store at the end of the experience.
Does the exhibition take place in an indoor venue?
Yes, this is an indoor experience.
MISCELLANEOUS
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them to your heart's content! When taking pictures, please make sure not to disturb other customers, and do not use flash. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted. You can share your pictures at #expo_titanic.
Is there a Lost & Found?
We would recommend asking the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings.
TICKETS
Where can I get tickets?
On the Fever app, available on Google Play and the Apple Store. - On the Fever website.
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
We recommend getting your tickets ahead of time through the website or the Fever App, but it will be possible to purchase tickets on site. Please keep in mind that tickets are limited and availability on site is not guaranteed.
Do we have carer tickets?
Carers have free entry. Just make sure to show the documentation at the box office. No entry is allowed without documentation.
Do children need to pay for a ticket?
Kids 3 and younger are free.
Do you offer group discounts?
For groups under 50 people, you can buy your tickets directly through the main page (select the “Group Bundle” option when choosing your ticket type). For special requests or groups over 50, please fill the groups form.
Who are the official sellers for this experience?
Official tickets for Titanic - The Official Exhibition can only be purchased on Fever. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless ticket(s) will be validated directly in the Fever App.
I can't find my ticket. What can I do?
You can find your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from Google Play and the Apple Store. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes! You can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
I can't make it to any of the dates. Will there be additional sessions?
We may announce additional sessions in the future. Stay tuned!
Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can refer to our T&Cs.

Is this a kid-friendly environment?
All ages are welcome! This is a family-friendly experience suitable for kids.
What time should I arrive?
We recommend that you arrive at the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive within the next 30 minutes.
What happens if I arrive late?
If you have a Flex ticket, you have nothing to worry about, as you can visit the experience at any time during the day of your ticket. Otherwise, you will need to purchase an add-on on site to change your ticket to Flex. Please make sure to check our closing times, as we will not be able to change them.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?
Please do not bring alcohol or anything that may disturb the other patrons.
Will restrooms be available on site?
Yes, there will be restrooms on site.
Is there parking available?
There is parking available close to the venue.
Can I bring animals into the experience?
No, this event is not pet-friendly, only service animals are allowed.
